Terms of Service for EconoSpirit

Welcome to EconoSpirit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to all offerings provided by EconoSpirit at econospirit.pro in 2025. By using our services, purchasing our digital materials or acquiring our goods, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to three categories: training services focused on economic mindset and personal growth, information products, and physical goods.

2. Training Services

2.1 Description: Personalized and group sessions designed to enhance your mindset and personal development.

2.2 Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled upon full payment. You may request one rescheduling without charge if made at least 48 hours prior to the session.

2.3 Reimbursements: If you submit a reimbursement request at least 7 days before the first session and no materials have been provided, you are eligible for a reimbursement. After the session has started or if otherwise noted as non-reimbursable, no reimbursement will be issued due to the tailored nature of the service.

3. Information Products

3.1 Description: Digital courses, guides, and audiovisual materials delivered electronically.

3.2 Delivery: Materials are made available via secure download.

3.3 Reimbursements: All sales are final. Once access is granted, no reimbursement is available due to immediate fulfillment.

4. Physical Goods

4.1 Description: Branded merchandise and printed materials.

4.2 Product Returns: You may request to send the product back within 14 days of delivery if the item remains unused and in its original packaging.

4.3 Reimbursements: Upon receipt and inspection of the sent item, we will issue a reimbursement via the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Reimbursement Process

To initiate any reimbursement or product return, please contact our team via contact form. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and funds will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be moved once at no extra charge. No rescheduling is available after that timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

EconoSpirit shall not be liable for any indirect outcomes arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, product, or session.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Zurich.
